Savannah turns 2!!

Our sweet baby turned two today!

I started planning her birthday party right before we got the closing date on our house.  And under the circumstances and lack of time I decided not to do an actual bday party because I wasn't sure where we'd be in our move.  Fortunately Savannah still had a great and full day of fun!

It's late and it's been a loooong day so I'll take you through our day in pictures... Enjoy!

 First, our day started with beautifying the birthday girl and taking some pictures outside...Her crown says "birthday girl" but you can't read it in any of the pictures.

Then we surprised Mimi at work...

After that we went to the gym where Savannah got a birthday "card"

After taking a few boxes and things over to the new house then dropping a load off at Goodwill, we made our way to Target... She's trying to be funny here by not trying to look at the camera..silly girl

Then it was off to Chick fil a drive thru, home to eat, watch Mickey and take a nap...

 After all that, Shane was home from work and we got ready to meet my parents at Chuck E Cheese,

 BUT first a quick trip to Toys R Us

Happy Birthday Baby Girl!!

Its MOVING time!

Life has been... welllll..... CRAZY for about the past 3 to 4 weeks.  That's when we got the closing date on our house and from that point we only had 30 days to find a new home, pack and move. Anyone jealous of that situation? No? Didn't think so. It took us a week to find a place which now doesn't sound too bad but that week was pure hell and nothing but stressful from start to finish.  We did find a nice home none the less, cleaned it from top to bottom and have now started moving small things in.  It's only about 5 minutes away so Ive just been loading up my car and taking things over. The house is nice, it's much larger than our current home which is exactly what we needed. We now have actual dining area, a den, larger kitchen and more living space. YAY!  It will work out perfectly while Shane and my mom start their business and we decide exactly what area we want to live in, where we would like Savannah to go to school and if we want to build or buy a new home in the future.

So we have 2 weeks to get everything done, however we would like to be completely moved in by the end of next weekend. I was feeling a little over whelmed when I started packing yesterday but I got it now and Im on a roll!

 Day 2 - cleaning cleaning cleaning. (oh, and posing with the mop)

Day 3- Savannah gets to see the "Mi House", that's the way she says "New house"

 When she walked in, she very politely sat down took her shoes off and set them off to the side. 

 My girl~ so well mannered.

After emptying out my trunk, Savannah hopped in.

Every time I start taking pictures of her now she yells CHEESE! 

So she always has this funny cheese face :)

 I came across my old barbies as I was packing this morning,

 they were a great distraction!

 Done helping mommy, it's time to play!

Bittersweet.  Packing up my sweet babies room, 

I have loved this room since the day we finished it. It will be missed :(
